Of course I'll let her be what she wants to be. It's up to her whether she wants to be good or not. Whether she wants to be a monster or not. No one can make those choices for her. But I can help her when she's sad. I can care about making her happy. Showing her a path where she can be happy, with the people she cares for.

Instincts and violence don't make someone a monster. It's her choices that define what she is. Neither you nor I is going to be the one to determine that.
