[ A slow smile spreads over JJ's face at the affirmation. Compliments are a surefire way to lift his mood, even if he'd had to drag them out, and even if they don't sound sincere in the least. Cain's fingers tickle where they settle over his waist, a flush that's not entirely fever related settling over his cheeks, giddiness following from the sensation of just being close to someone.
He doesn't deal well with loneliness, and can't help the way his fingers curl into the fabric of Cain's shirt. ]
I don't want to be a heartbreaker. There shouldn't be anything heartbreaking about finding someone attractive.
