Well, I don't feel anything and at the beginning I was kinda zombie like, but your memories come back slowly, eventually. I can summon a weapon now and I have a magic affinity. Is that what you mean?

[ Cain frowns. It sounds very much like the man's heart is being held hostage in return for his service, and that's not a situation he likes in the slightest. ]

Whatever the case, there's something off about it. Something that doesn't quite add up when Demyx is so unbothered by everything. When he doesn't quite seem to have the capacity to care about things the way he should. ]
Well, um. [He pauses to consider that.] When people lose their hearts, we collect them and bring them all together and that's what Kingdom Hearts is, but the Superior says that it will restore the balance to everything.
[And then, he can have his heart.]
We've been working on it a long time, him longer than me though, for me it's been like...well I was this big.

Wouldn't it make more sense to seek out those who've lost their hearts and return them?

Can't you tell if it's yours? I'd think there'd be some sort of resonance, at least...

But neither your Superior or this incomplete Kingdom Hearts is here. [ The problem at hand, one that Cain can at least try to help with. ] Do you still plan to seek your heart even now?
